HeadEase is a headache tracking application designed to help users:
HeadEase is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
The app is designed for informational and tracking purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through HeadEase.
If you are experiencing severe headaches, sudden onset headaches, or headaches accompanied by other concerning symptoms, seek immediate medical attention.
HeadEase offers both free and premium subscription options:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Premium subscriptions may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings.

HeadEase and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HeadEase and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without express written permission.
Your use of HeadEase is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your headache data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeadEase and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
HeadEase is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to HeadEase immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HeadEase operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
